A free simulation

• Free Rip Club is a free simulation. The packs, cards, pulls, binders, slabs and grades on it are simulated. They have no cash value, can’t be bought, sold, traded or cashed out, and never turn into real cards.
• There are no purchases anywhere on the site.
• Binder packs, check-ins, streaks and optional ads only ever give more packs or cosmetics.

Who can use it

• Guests of any age can play Free Play without an account.
• Accounts are for people 13 and older. If you’re under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission to make an account.
• If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we delete it.

Your account

• One account per person. Sign-in links are personal, so keep access to your email secure.
• No bots, scripts, scrapers or other automation, and no getting around limits such as pack allowances or daily caps.
• No abuse: don’t harass anyone, exploit bugs, interfere with the site, or try to get into accounts or systems that aren’t yours.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. You can ask us to delete your account at any time through our contact form.

Prices are estimates

Prices on Free Rip Club are TCGplayer market estimates, shown for fun and reference. They are not offers to buy or sell, they can be out of date, and they aren’t financial advice. We don’t sell cards.

Some links to TCGplayer are affiliate links: we may earn a commission from TCGplayer links. Anything you buy there is between you and TCGplayer.

Simulated grading

Grading on Free Rip Club is simulated, for fun. RIPMINT is our own name for it; it has no affiliation with any grading company. A RIPMINT grade says nothing about the condition of any real card and has no cash value.

Promotions

We don’t offer any promotions or prizes right now. If we ever run one, it will be governed by its own official rules, which control over these terms for that promotion.

Free Rip Club is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak or Creatures. Pokémon names and card images are trademarks and © of their respective owners.

Card images, card names and other game materials belong to their respective owners. We show card images as published, without changing them.

If you own rights in something on Free Rip Club and want it changed or removed, reach us through our contact form and choose “Copyright or trademark”. We respond promptly.

Disclaimers

Free Rip Club is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise the site will always be available or error-free, or that prices and odds are accurate or current. Magic odds come from community-compiled data and Pokémon odds are community estimates.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of Free Rip Club. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim about it is limited to $50. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or the site will be decided in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.

Changes

We may change these terms, or change or stop any part of the site. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change is significant, we’ll post a notice on the site first. Using Free Rip Club after a change means you accept the new terms.
